Eligibility
for Admission
Students
who have passed 10th class conducted by BSE, Orissa/CBSE/ICSE are
eligible for admission subject to good Scoring. Selection of
candidate for admission will be made strictly on merit basis and
personal interview.
Candidates
selected for admission will be intimated individually by
post/e-mail regarding the date of admission and fees to be paid.
The names of the selected candidates will also be displayed in the
college notice board. The decision of the college authority in the
matter of admission is final and binding.
How to Apply
Application forms along with
prospectus can be obtained on payment of prescribed fee (Rs.
100/) in cash from college counter/our authorized
branches/corporate office, Bhubaneswar. The application for
admission can also be obtained by post on payment of Rs. 200/-
through D.D. drawn in favour of “St. Xavier's College of Science
& Technology” payable at Bhubaneswar.

Attested photocopy of Mark Sheet of 10th Board Examination
3.
Attested photocopy of Conduct Certificate from the Head of the
Institution.
4.
Attested photocopy of Caste Certificate, if applicable.
5.
Attested two recent passport size color photographs.
6.
Attested photocopy of Migration Certificate if coming from other
Boards.

Original CLC/SLC.
2.
Original Mark sheet of 10th Board Examination (for verification).
3.
Original Conduct Certificate from the head of the Institution.
4.
Original Caste Certificate, if applicable (for verification).
5.
Recent passport size color photographs of self - 4nos., Father -
2nos.,
Mother - 2nos., Local Guardian - 2nos.
6.
Original Migration Certificate, if coming from other Boards.
